The mission of our brotherhoodThe Diablo Black Men’s Group (DBMG) is a brotherhood. Founded in 1999, it has evolved into one of the East Bay’s most influential organizations. Membership includes a variety of movers-and-shakers -- mayor, physicians, realtor, corporate executive, academic, software engineer, entrepreneur, retiree – men looking to support one another and leave a positive imprint in a world where they still struggle for respect and unbiased acceptance themselves.
